Our Services Include
Planning Package Overview:
Wedding venue referrals and private venue tours, custom to do list, budget planning, timeline creation and management, design coordination, bridal assistant, assist with wedding guest RSVP management, wedding rehearsal director, wedding day coordination, facilitate ceremony aisle flow, seating of guests, table tapping for buffet if needed.
Venue Location:
We discuss with you about your ideal wedding location and schedule private tours with venues you have chosen based on your schedule availability.
Vendor Selection
Vendor recommendations in each category for you to choose from photographers, venues, cakes, cinematography, caters, DJ’s, Bands and others. Final confirmation of wedding professionals detailed arrival times, according to the wedding day contract.as well as rental arrival and returns.
Event Design:
Event Design discussion, event custom designed per your dream wedding request and help (if needed). We can modify some things to fit your budget to give you the look you desire.
Organization:
Provide custom timeline for your wedding day and distribute to vendors and wedding party.
Queen of the Day:
Personal assistance on the day of the wedding is there just for you if needed. i.e. keep any undesired out of the bridal suite, assist in getting in and out of your gown or suit, etc. whatever is needed to make your day less stressful and more comfortable.
Invitations:
Assist with wedding invitation and design management, RSVP management, and individual table seating chart.
Wedding Rehearsal & Reception
Coordination of 1-hour rehearsal and up to 10-12-hour wedding day/ preset up management. Corrrea Creations manages your wedding day making sure your planned prepared details are in order according to your third-party wedding contract details. We also facilitate ceremony aisle flow, maintaining an on-time start and timely wedding party reception arrival. Seating of guests, table tapping for buffet, ques for DJ if needed for first dance, father daughter dance, etc. Assist with the breaking down and placing gifts to designated person or place.
To reserve your date a $500 deposit will be needed with the remaining balance paid by monthly or biweekly installments.
(Decorations is not included in any of our wedding planning packages, because it is a separate fee which is discussed at your separate design meeting after booking your wedding planning services)
